My life has always been about stories - reading them, telling them, hearing them told.
In fact, most of my work has involved storytelling - first as a journalist for newspapers, magazines, and radio and later in communications and web content. Since 2011, I've focussed on hearing other people's stories in my new career as a counselling therapist.
In April 2023, I published my first novel, If We Caught Fire, with Breakwater Books. What is Invisible, my collection of short fiction, was published by Killick Press in 2003.
Currently, I'm working on a new collection of short fiction and look forward to sharing some of those stories soon.
